The rules for using ReelRumor, in plain English.
Using ReelRumor
By creating an account or using ReelRumor you agree to these terms. Use ReelRumor only for accounts and content you are allowed to manage, and follow Instagram’s and Canva’s rules.
Plans and billing
- Starter is a free 7-day trial that starts when you create your account, with daily limits on downloads and AI uses.
- Pro costs $37 per month (plus any tax), billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in Account → Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial months unless the law requires it.
- Pro includes fair use: very heavy automated or shared use may be limited to keep the service fast for everyone.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.
Ready posts and your content
Ready posts, templates and fonts in ReelRumor are licensed to you to edit and publish on your own social accounts and for your own business. You may not resell or redistribute the post library itself. Content you create and upload remains yours; you give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for what you publish, including claims, disclosures and permissions for photos you use.
AI output
AI rewrites and ideas can be wrong. Review everything before posting, and don’t present experiences or results as your own unless they are true.
No guarantees
We work hard on posts that help, but we don’t guarantee followers, reach, engagement, sales or platform approval. Third-party services (Instagram, Canva, Stripe) can change or become unavailable.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ReelRumor to spam, mislead, harass, infringe others’ rights or break the law, and don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
ReelRumor is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime in Account. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. Continuing to use ReelRumor after a change means you accept it.
