Using ready-made posts

Hooks, slides, captions and hashtags: what’s in each post and how to edit it.

Every ready post is complete: a hook, the slides, a caption, a call to action and hashtags.

Post types

• Carousels: 5 to 10 slides that teach or tell a story. Great for saves.
• Quote posts: one or more slides with a longer quote to read.
• Photo posts: a single image with your photo behind the text.
• Reels: a shot list with what to film and what to say, plus a cover.

Use the filters at the top of For you to show one type.

Editing the words

1. Open a post and stay on the Words tab.
2. Tap one of the three hooks to use it as the first slide.
3. Edit any slide’s title and text.
4. Open the Caption tab to change the caption, call to action and hashtags.

Saving

Tap Save to My posts to keep your edited version. Saved posts show in My posts as a grid preview of your profile.
